• Most plans include Rx coverage.

Who is eligible for Medicare Advantage?

Usually, if you are qualified for Medicare coverage you will also be eligible to enroll for Medicare Advantage. You may be eligible to enroll* if you meet one of the following qualifications:

• You are already enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B
• You are 65 or turning 65
• You have a Medicare Advantage plan, but recently moved and need a new plan
• You have a qualifying disability

*Enrollment may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
